I ordered stuff online and when the items arrived there were horrible like they were made by a learner dressmaker I was very disappointed by the quality of items I’ve ordered. One dress arrived with a broken zipper, and all my items were drenched with a nasty smell that my mom commented that maybe rats pissed on the box while it was in the warehouse. Another dress that looked pretty on the website looked like a costume and it gave me a severe skin reaction The quality is very poor. I received items that looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I want to return this dress Tried to contact them by email but got no reply i was looking for the customer service number I went on the internet started doing my research and finally, I found this number which was +1-three one two four eight eight one zero nine 6- i called that number when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that I returned garbage to the company and got my penny back from them Especially to customer service for helping me with my query. Much appreciated. No hassles.Thanks so much
